#### 68 Offences in relation to certificates of discharge (1) A person shall not: (a) sign or give a false certificate of discharge; (b) forge or fraudulently alter a certificate of discharge; (c) fraudulently use, or fraudulently produce to a proper authority, a certificate of discharge that is forged, is altered or does not relate to the person; or (d) allow a person to use fraudulently a certificate of discharge that does not relate to the last‑mentioned person. Penalty: $5,000 or imprisonment for 2 years, or both. (2) In this section: > certificate of discharge includes a copy of such a certificate.
