#### 52 Owner or master to furnish details of crew of ship (1) The owner or master of a ship to which this Part applies shall, at such times as are required by the Authority, furnish to a prescribed person such details of, and such details of changes in, the crew of the ship as are prescribed. Penalty (on owner and master): $1,000. (2) An offence under subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
