#### 405A Proceedings against the Crown (1) Nothing in this Act: (a) authorizes proceedings in rem in respect of a claim against the Commonwealth or a State or Territory or the arrest, detention or sale of a Government ship or of cargo or other property belonging to the Commonwealth or a State or Territory; or (b) gives to any person a lien on a Government ship or cargo or other property belonging to the Commonwealth or a State or Territory.
