404 Service of summons
Service of any summons or process in any legal proceeding under this Act shall be deemed good service if made: (a) personally on the person to be served; or (b) at his or her last known place of abode or business; or (c) on board any ship to which he or she belongs, and accompanied with a statement of the purport thereof to the person being or appearing to be in command or charge of the ship.
