#### 403A Evidence in proceedings In any proceeding: (a) a record kept for the purposes of this Act by an official is admissible as prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the record; (b) a copy of an entry in such a record, being a copy certified by the person by whom the record is kept to be a true copy of the entry, is admissible as prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the entry; and (c) a document purporting to be such a record, or purporting to be such a certified copy, shall, unless the contrary is established, be deemed to be such a record or certified copy and to have been duly kept or certified, as the case may be.
