#### 377CA Decisions under Part IIIA Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision under section 186K: (a) refusing to grant an exemption from the requirement to navigate with a pilot in a compulsory pilotage area; or (b) refusing to grant such an exemption as to a part of a ship’s proposed navigation in a compulsory pilotage area.
