#### 32 Penalty for receiving fees for supply of seamen (1) A person shall not demand or receive, directly or indirectly, remuneration for providing, or promising to provide, a seaman with employment on a ship (whether or not it is a ship to which this Part applies). Penalty: $1,000. (2) In this section: > seaman includes a person who is seeking employment as a seaman.
