#### 311 Disputes as to title to wreck (1) Where a dispute arises as to the title to any wreck, it may be determined in the same manner as if it were a dispute as to salvage. (2) If any party to the dispute is unwilling to have it so determined, that party may proceed, in any Court of competent jurisdiction, to establish his or her title.
