#### 276 Right of action by passenger Nothing in this Part shall take away or abridge any right of action which may accrue to a passenger in any ship, or to any other person, in respect of the breach or non‑performance of any contract made between or on behalf of the passenger or other person and the master, charterer, or owner of the ship, or his or her agent.
