#### 272 Provision for passengers wrecked If: (a) any ship carrying passengers is wrecked, or is disabled and unable to proceed on its voyage within a reasonable time, whilst on its voyage from one port to another in Australia; or (b) any ship carrying passengers coming from any port outside Australia is wrecked on the coast of Australia; the owner or master shall cause the passengers to be taken on to their destination, and shall defray their maintenance until so taken on: Provided that, if any passenger is tendered and accepts the return of the passage money paid by the passenger, such liability shall cease.
