252Forfeiture of dangerous goods

#### 252 Forfeiture of dangerous goods Any dangerous goods carried or shipped in contravention of this Act may be ordered by the Supreme Court of a State or Territory to be forfeited to the Commonwealth, and they shall be forfeited accordingly, notwithstanding that no offence has been committed by the owner of the goods, and that the owner has had no notice of the proceedings or is not before the Court, or that there is no evidence of ownership of the goods.
