#### 234 Ship unseaworthy if not equipped with proper compasses If a ship is not equipped with compasses in accordance with the regulations and orders, or the compasses on the ship have not been adjusted in accordance with the regulations and orders, the ship shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be unseaworthy.
