#### 227 Authority may request Load Line Convention country to issue certificates (1) The Authority may request the government of a Load Line Convention country to issue, or cause to be issued, in respect of a ship that is registered in Australia and is a ship to which the Load Line Convention applies a certificate in the form of the International Load Line Certificate set out in Annex III to the Load Line Convention. (2) A certificate issued in pursuance of such a request and containing a statement that it has been so issued has effect, for the purposes of this Division, as if it had been issued by the Authority under section 222.
