#### 223 Issue of exemption certificates Where, under subsection 221(2) or (5), a ship is exempted from compliance with a provision of this Division or a provision of the regulations or orders, the Authority shall issue in respect of the ship a certificate in the form of the International Load Line Exemption Certificate set out in Annex III to the Load Line Convention.
