#### 159 Disposal of effects when no claim Where no claim to the property of a deceased seaman is substantiated within 6 years after the receipt of the property by the Authority, the Authority may in its absolute discretion, if any subsequent claim is made, either allow or refuse the claim, and, subject to the allowance of any such claim, the property or the proceeds thereof shall be paid to the Commonwealth.
