#### 138A Ships not to go to sea without required accommodation The owner of a ship shall not suffer the ship to go to sea unless the ship is provided with the accommodation, wheel‑house or other shelter, and ventilation, with which the ship is required, under or by virtue of this Division, to be provided. Penalty: $1,000.
