137 Provision of ventilation and wheel‑houses
The Authority may require the owner of a ship to provide: (a) such ventilation of the machinery and boiler spaces of the ship as the Authority considers necessary; and (b) a wheel‑house, or such other shelter, as the Authority considers adequate for the protection of the helmsman.
