#### 135 Application of Division This Division applies subject to any award in force under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 that was made: (a) in relation to an industrial issue referred to in paragraph 5(3)(b) of that Act as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Workplace Relations Amendment (Work Choices) Act 2005; or (b) under Division 2 of Part III of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904.
