#### 126 Inspection of medicines (1) The Authority may nominate any duly qualified person to inspect the medicines, medical and surgical stores, and anti‑scorbutics, required by this Part to be carried. (2) The master, on being required by that person, shall make good any deficiency in quantity or quality of such articles. Penalty: $2,000 or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
