#### 123 Medical Inspectors of Seamen (1) The Authority may appoint a person who is a duly qualified medical practitioner to be a Medical Inspector of Seamen. (2) Before the examination of a person by a Medical Inspector of Seamen for the purposes of this Act, the person at whose request the examination is to be made shall pay the prescribed fee.
