Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does: This regulation removes (repeals) four earlier sets of rules about Naval Reserve Cadets.

In plain terms:

It cancels Statutory Rules from 1972, 1973, and 1976 that previously governed the Naval Reserve Cadets
It does not replace them with new rules—it simply removes the old ones
This is essentially a 'cleanup' of the statute book, removing outdated regulations

Who it affects:

Members of the Naval Reserve Cadets (a youth training program run by the Navy)
Australian Defence Force administrators responsible for youth training

Why it matters: This stops the old regulations from having legal effect. After this repeal, any activities of the Naval Reserve Cadets would need to be governed by other legislation or regulations.
