Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These regulations let the Naval Board designate parts of a Naval Station as live‑fire training and testing zones, publish those declarations in the Commonwealth Gazette, and run exercises subject to any safety conditions it sets.

They affect Navy personnel conducting weapons training and any civilians or vessels near declared areas, providing the legal basis for live‑fire activity and minimal public notice via Gazette publication.
