Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument repeals the 1961 Naval Financial (Citizen Forces) Regulations and all listed amendments from 1961–1964, removing the former legal framework for financial administration of the Citizen Naval Forces.

It affects naval administrators and reserve personnel whose pay, budgets, or expenses relied on those rules, and is a technical “clean‑up” that shifts those arrangements to newer or consolidated financial authorities.
