40Interpretation

#### 40 Interpretation (1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears: > authorized person means a person appointed by the Minister in writing to be an authorized person for the purposes of this Part. > Commonwealth authority means a company or other body corporate incorporated under a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory, being a company or body corporate in which the Commonwealth has a controlling interest. > determination means a determination made under section 42A. > National Employment Standards has the meaning given by the Fair Work Act 2009.
