Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument repeals (cancels) 38 sets of outdated regulations governing the Royal Australian Naval College that were made between 1931 and 1982.

The regulations being removed covered various administrative matters for the Naval College, such as discipline, training, and staff arrangements. By repealing these old rules, the government cleaned up the statute book and removed regulations that were no longer needed or had been replaced by newer laws.

This affects Defence personnel connected to the Naval College, including cadets and staff, by formally ending the legal force of these decades-old rules.
