Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What it does: This regulation scraps (repeals) the Naval Brigade (Naval Guard Section) Regulations originally made in 1918 and amended several times through 1920.

Who it affects: Naval reservists, volunteer guards, and administrators who were subject to the old 1918 rules—those rules no longer apply to them.

Why it matters: It's legislative housekeeping. Rather than letting outdated wartime-era regulations gather dust, the government formally wipes them from the statute books. Once repealed, the duties, restrictions, and powers created by those old rules vanish unless new regulations replace them.
