27 Assessment of the eligibility of the land
As part of the SSA, the project proponent must make an assessment of the project area and each activity area to: (a) confirm that: (i) the project area complies with Division 2.3; and (ii) each activity area consists only of eligible land; and (b) identify and describe any covenants or other legal interests that apply to each activity area.
