93 Regulator to notify Crown lands Minister of approval of registration of biodiversity project

Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) the Regulator approves under section 15 the registration of a biodiversity project; and (b) the project area is, wholly or partly, freehold land rights land in a particular State or Territory; and (c) the project area is, wholly or partly, Crown land; and (d) the project area is not wholly Torrens system land. Notification (2) As soon as practicable after giving the approval, the Regulator must notify the Crown lands Minister of the State or Territory, in writing, of the approval.
