83 Biodiversity conservation purchasing process
For the purposes of this Act, a biodiversity conservation purchasing process means: (a) a tender process; or (b) a reverse auction; or (c) any other process; for the purchase by the Commonwealth of biodiversity certificates. (It is immaterial whether the certificates are in existence when the process is conducted.)
