77A Cancellation of biodiversity certificate if registration of registered biodiversity project is cancelled
Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) the registration of a registered biodiversity project is cancelled; and (b) a person is the holder of a biodiversity certificate that relates to the project. Cancellation of biodiversity certificate (2) If the biodiversity certificate is not deposited with the Regulator: (a) the biodiversity certificate is cancelled; and (b) the Regulator must remove the entry for the certificate from the person’s Register account in which there is an entry for the certificate. (3) If the biodiversity certificate is deposited with the Regulator: (a) the biodiversity certificate is cancelled; and (b) the Regulator must remove the entry for the certificate from the Commonwealth Register account in which there is an entry for the certificate.
