65A Additional matters for the Nature Repair Committee to take into account

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, direct the Nature Repair Committee to do any or all of the following: (a) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the making of a biodiversity assessment instrument; (b) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the variation of a biodiversity assessment instrument; (c) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the revocation of a biodiversity assessment instrument.

Note: Section 42 (disallowance) and Part 4 of Chapter 3 (sunsetting) of the Legislation Act 2003 do not apply to the direction (see regulations made for the purposes of paragraphs 44(2)(b) and 54(2)(b) of that Act).
