222 Information previously given to the Regulator
If: (a) on a particular occasion, a person gave information to the Regulator under: (i) this Act; or (ii) the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011, or a legislative instrument made under that Act; and (b) the person is subsequently required or permitted, under this Act, to give the same information to the Regulator; the person is taken to have given the information to the Regulator on that later occasion.
