217 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal
(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the Regulator has affirmed or varied the decision under section 215. (2) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the decision was not made by a delegate of the Regulator.
Note: Section 266 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 requires notification of a decision that is reviewable.
