199 Period for appointment for Nature Repair Committee members
(1) The Chair of the Nature Repair Committee holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.
Note: The Chair of the Nature Repair Committee may be reappointed: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2) A Nature Repair Committee member (other than the Chair) holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.
