195A Request for review of methodology determinations

(1) A person may, by written notice given to the Nature Repair Committee, request the Committee to review one or more methodology determinations under paragraph 195(h). (2) A request under subsection (1) must be accompanied by a statement that sets out: (a) the reasons why the methodology determinations should be reviewed; and (b) if there are any inconsistencies between the methodology determinations and the biodiversity integrity standards—an explanation of those inconsistencies. (3) If the Nature Repair Committee receives a request under subsection (1), the Committee must consider whether to undertake a review in response to the request.
