182 Project monitoring requirements—methodology determinations
Scope (1) This section applies to a person if: (a) the person is the project proponent for a registered biodiversity project; and (b) under the methodology determination that covers the project, the person is subject to a requirement to monitor the project. Project monitoring requirement (2) The person must comply with the requirement.
Civil penalty: 200 penalty units.
