180 Record‑keeping requirements—preparation of biodiversity project report

Scope (1) This section applies if a person: (a) made a record of particular information; and (b) used the information to prepare a biodiversity project report. Record‑keeping requirements (2) The rules may require the person to retain: (a) the record; or (b) a copy of the record; for 7 years after the biodiversity project report was given to the Regulator. (3) If a person is subject to a requirement under rules made for the purposes of subsection (2), the person must comply with that requirement.

Civil penalty: 200 penalty units.
