148 Significant reversals in biodiversity outcomes—relinquishment requirements
(1) The rules may prescribe circumstances in which, for the purposes of paragraphs 146(1)(b) and 147(1)(b): (a) there is taken to have been a reversal of the biodiversity outcome to which a registered biodiversity project relates; and (b) the reversal is taken to be significant, or not taken to be significant. (2) This section does not limit section 111 (significant reversals in biodiversity outcomes—notification requirements).
