14 Withdrawal of application

(1) An applicant may withdraw the application at any time before the Regulator makes a decision on the application. (2) If the applicant does so, this Act does not prevent the applicant from making a fresh application. (3) If: (a) the applicant withdraws the application; and (b) the applicant has paid a fee in relation to the application; the Regulator must, on behalf of the Commonwealth, refund the application fee.
