132 Disclosure to reduce serious risk to the environment
An audit team leader or a person assisting an audit team leader may disclose audit information if: (a) the audit team leader or person assisting the audit team leader reasonably believes that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious risk to the environment; and (b) the disclosure is for the purposes of preventing or lessening that risk.
