131 Disclosure to reduce serious risk to life or health of individual
An audit team leader or a person assisting an audit team leader may disclose audit information if: (a) the audit team leader or person assisting an audit team leader believes on reasonable grounds that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious risk to the life or health of an individual; and (b) the disclosure is for the purposes of preventing or lessening that risk.
