126 Secrecy—protected audit information
(1) If: (a) a person is, or has been, an audit team leader or a person assisting an audit team leader; and (b) the person has obtained protected audit information: the person must not: (c) disclose the information to another person; or (d) use the information.
Civil penalty: 120 penalty units.
Exceptions (2) Each of the following is an exception to the prohibition in subsection (1): (a) the disclosure or use is authorised by a provision of this Part; (b) the disclosure or use is authorised or required by: (i) a law of the Commonwealth; or (ii) a prescribed law of a State or a Territory.
