sec.91 Restriction on grant for prescribed commercial activities
The chief executive must not grant a commercial activity permit for a protected area or part of a protected area if the activity to which the proposed permit relates is a prescribed commercial activity for the area or part. See section 135 (a) for amending a protected area authority when a prescribed commercial activity is declared.
