sec.83 Restrictions on grant of stock grazing permit
The chief executive may grant a stock grazing permit for only— a special management area (controlled action); or a conservation park; or a resources reserve. However, the chief executive may grant a stock grazing permit for a special management area (controlled action) only for a prescribed activity stated in the notice declaring the area under section 42A of the Act . (sec.83-ssec.1) The chief executive may grant a stock grazing permit for only— a special management area (controlled action); or a conservation park; or a resources reserve. (sec.83-ssec.2) However, the chief executive may grant a stock grazing permit for a special management area (controlled action) only for a prescribed activity stated in the notice declaring the area under section 42A of the Act .
- (a) a special management area (controlled action); or
- (b) a conservation park; or
- (c) a resources reserve.
