sec.80 Access to restricted area authorised under particular permits
If a prescribed activity permit specifically states entry into a stated restricted access area is authorised, the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, is authorised to enter and remain in the restricted access area. In this section— prescribed activity permit means— a stock grazing permit; or a stock mustering permit; or a permit to enter a national park (scientific); or a commercial activity permit; or an organised event permit. (sec.80-ssec.1) If a prescribed activity permit specifically states entry into a stated restricted access area is authorised, the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, is authorised to enter and remain in the restricted access area. (sec.80-ssec.2) In this section— prescribed activity permit means— a stock grazing permit; or a stock mustering permit; or a permit to enter a national park (scientific); or a commercial activity permit; or an organised event permit.
- (a) a stock grazing permit; or
- (b) a stock mustering permit; or
- (c) a permit to enter a national park (scientific); or
- (d) a commercial activity permit; or
- (e) an organised event permit.
