sec.78 Restrictions on grant for special wildlife reserve
The only types of activity permit the chief executive may grant for a special wildlife reserve are the following— a restricted access area permit; a stock mustering permit; a travelling stock permit. The chief executive may grant an activity permit mentioned in this section only with the consent of the landholder of the land in the special wildlife reserve. (sec.78-ssec.1) The only types of activity permit the chief executive may grant for a special wildlife reserve are the following— a restricted access area permit; a stock mustering permit; a travelling stock permit. (sec.78-ssec.2) The chief executive may grant an activity permit mentioned in this section only with the consent of the landholder of the land in the special wildlife reserve.
