sec.74 Purpose of chapter
This chapter— authorises persons to conduct particular activities for accessing or using particular protected areas; and provides for additional matters the chief executive must consider for the grant of activity permits; and provides for restrictions on the grant of activity permits by the chief executive; and states requirements for keeping records and returns of operation for particular commercial activity and organised event permits. See chapter 5 about other restrictions and matters the chief executive must consider when deciding applications for all protected area authorities.
