sec.72 Access to particular areas authorised by apiary permits
If an apiary permit specifically states entry into a stated restricted access area is authorised, the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, is authorised to enter and remain in the restricted access area. However, an apiary permit does not authorise the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, to enter or remain in an area closed to the public. (sec.72-ssec.1) If an apiary permit specifically states entry into a stated restricted access area is authorised, the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, is authorised to enter and remain in the restricted access area. (sec.72-ssec.2) However, an apiary permit does not authorise the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, to enter or remain in an area closed to the public.
