sec.65 Access to particular areas authorised by resources permits
If a resources permit specifically states entry into a stated restricted access area is authorised, the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, is authorised to enter and remain in the area. However, a resources permit does not authorise the holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, to enter or remain in an area closed to the public.
