sec.42 Apiary areas— Act , s 36A

For section 36A (2) (a) of the Act , an area stated in schedule 6 , column 2, within the national park stated opposite the area in schedule 6 , column 1, is prescribed as an apiary area for the national park. A reference in schedule 6 to a former forest reserve is a reference to the area that was dedicated as the forest reserve before the area became dedicated as a national park, as shown on a map or plan held by, and available for inspection from, the department. (sec.42-ssec.1) For section 36A (2) (a) of the Act , an area stated in schedule 6 , column 2, within the national park stated opposite the area in schedule 6 , column 1, is prescribed as an apiary area for the national park.
